- Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
- Strong time management and planning/scheduling skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Korean (required).
- Good command of English (appreciated).
- Knowledge of the luxury industry (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and certify active Evaluators for specific projects via email and phone.
- Manage the assignment and execution of missions according to company standards and project deadlines.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Report project status to the Operations Manager or Operations Team Lead.
