Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in education operations, customer success, program coordination, academic services, or a similar operational role.
- Experience working successfully in a remote or virtual work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers, families, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based business applications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily operations of virtual tutoring programs from enrollment through completion.
- Manage instructor and student schedules to maximize attendance, efficiency, and program utilization.
- Monitor live tutoring sessions to ensure quality, attendance, and operational excellence.
- Track student academic progress and identify opportunities for additional support.
- Deliver exceptional service and support to students, parents, and families.
- Conduct regular progress conferences with partner program directors.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records across operational systems.
- Collaborate effectively with remote teammates, instructors, and school district partners.
