Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager.
- Experience in US Healthcare is a must.
- Highly proficient in written and oral English.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Systems and GSuite.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Remote work experience is highly preferred.
- Primary computer: Intel Core i5-6000/Ryzen 5 or higher, 8GB RAM, Windows 11/macOS Ventura.
- Primary internet: 100mb/s DSL/Fiber connection.
- Backup computer and internet (minimum 20mb/s).
- UPS with at least 3 hours of power backup.
Responsibilities
- Promote company culture that encourages top performance and morale.
- Develop and lead teams through extensive, consistent coaching.
- Perform quality control and monitor KPIs to ensure internal process adherence.
- Train and support the operations planning process to ensure team competency.
- Plan and execute strategic initiatives to achieve growth and drive revenue.
- Create and monitor team projects while supporting executive vision.
- Support all business functions to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
