Requirements
- 3+ years in project management, program coordination, business operations, or chief-of-staff support at a fast-paced company.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to deadline.
- Expertise in coordinating logistics across diverse stakeholders including vendors and contractors.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like Claude, including building automations and workflows.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time US Eastern business hours (approx. 9pm – 6am Philippine Time).
- High standard for accuracy and data discretion.
- Fluency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms.
- High reliability and stable home work environment.
Responsibilities
- Own project plans, timelines, and trackers across concurrent workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Clinical Operations, Finance, IT, and People Operations.
- Execute new-market launches, including real estate buildout coordination and clinician hiring.
- Manage integration mechanics for acquired clinics, including EMR, HRIS, and ATS setups.
- Build and document repeatable playbooks for recurring project types.
- Develop AI-native workflows using Claude, Asana, and other integrated systems.
- Provide executive leverage by managing CEO priorities and reporting.
