Responsibilities
- Serve as the client's ultimate internal advocate.
- Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
- Track tasks and deliverables for accounts on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure all tasks are completed on-time and on-brief.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for all production deliverables by reviewing work and providing feedback.
- Attend recurring client check-ins.
- Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues.
