- Own the month-end close process in QuickBooks: journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation on a monthly basis
- Manage accounts payable via Ramp, including vendor setup, invoice review, expense categorization, and payment approvals
- Manage payroll processing via Rippling, ensuring accurate and timely payroll runs, deductions, and compliance across applicable jurisdictions
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and intercompany balances monthly
- Partner with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team on payment reconciliation
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate, consistent chart of accounts categorization
- Coordinate with external accountants on annual tax filings and compliance requirements
- Own the annual budgeting process in partnership with operational leadership and the CEO
- Maintain rolling monthly forecasts, updating assumptions based on actuals and operational trends
- Produce a monthly management reporting package within 5 business days of month close
- Support the CEO on board materials, investor reporting, and periodic strategic planning cycles
- Design and model employee compensation and bonus programs
- Provide financial modeling and diligence support for occasional M&A or partnership opportunities
- Own ANNA's finance tech stack day-to-day: QuickBooks, Ramp, and Rippling
