Responsibilities
- Serve as primary operational contact across shared inboxes for buyers, vendors, and internal teams with same-day response expectations.
- Monitor order fulfillment from confirmation through delivery, identifying and resolving discrepancies in timelines, pricing, and quantities.
- Oversee end-to-end event operations, including scheduling, material coordination, and real-time issue resolution.
- Manage buyer and vendor onboarding milestones from initiation through activation.
- Maintain and improve operational workflows in tools like Airtable, Slack, and CRM platforms.
- Provide daily operational recaps highlighting outstanding issues, risks, and escalations.
