Responsibilities
- Retain and expand mid-market customer base.
- Work with Sales to increase adoption within large organizations.
- Deliver timely, organized onboarding via project management.
- Ensure customers realize full product value.
- Provide proactive technical guidance and expertise.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Support for technical escalations.
- Surface use cases to Engineering to drive product innovation.
