Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing role
  • Experience managing customer accounts ranging from $10K-$100K ARR
  • Background in SaaS or technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using data to track customer health
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms
  • Comfort with QBRs/ABRs, health checks, and account mapping

Responsibilities

  • Lead mid-market customers through a seamless onboarding process
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with stakeholders to strengthen relationships
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and share best practices
  • Lead quarterly or semi-annual business reviews
  • Partner with Account Management to support renewals and growth
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues
  • Create and standardize customer success best practices
