Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing role
- Experience managing customer accounts ranging from $10K-$100K ARR
- Background in SaaS or technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using data to track customer health
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with customer success platforms
- Comfort with QBRs/ABRs, health checks, and account mapping
Responsibilities
- Lead mid-market customers through a seamless onboarding process
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks
- Maintain regular touchpoints with stakeholders to strengthen relationships
- Conduct virtual training sessions and share best practices
- Lead quarterly or semi-annual business reviews
- Partner with Account Management to support renewals and growth
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues
- Create and standardize customer success best practices
