- Strong project management and organization skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team.
- Create and manage automated campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Improve communication personalization and timing.
- Build segmentation models using data and customer insights.
- Scale customer journeys in platforms like SFMC, Klaviyo, or Braze.
- Optimize marketing automation performance through testing and iteration.
- Oversee email design and messaging best practices.
