Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of direct experience in a U.S.-based dental practice front office.
  • Complete verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to discuss clinical terminology and billing in both languages.
  • Mastery of EagleSoft EMR (charting, scheduling, patient accounts).
  • Mastery of the Weave communications/phone platform.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume, multi-provider dental environment.
  • Strong multitasking and scheduling agility.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the practice's recall list for routine hygiene visits and outstanding treatments.
  • Manage a fast-moving calendar to ensure maximum chair utilization.
  • Monitor and manage inbound call overflows from the AI system.
  • Execute comprehensive dental insurance eligibility checks.
  • Break down dental benefits and track annual maximums.
  • Conduct proactive outreach for treatment plan follow-ups.
  • Reschedule broken appointments, cancellations, and no-shows.
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support to the clinical team.
