Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of direct experience in a U.S.-based dental practice front office.
- Complete verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to discuss clinical terminology and billing in both languages.
- Mastery of EagleSoft EMR (charting, scheduling, patient accounts).
- Mastery of the Weave communications/phone platform.
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, multi-provider dental environment.
- Strong multitasking and scheduling agility.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the practice's recall list for routine hygiene visits and outstanding treatments.
- Manage a fast-moving calendar to ensure maximum chair utilization.
- Monitor and manage inbound call overflows from the AI system.
- Execute comprehensive dental insurance eligibility checks.
- Break down dental benefits and track annual maximums.
- Conduct proactive outreach for treatment plan follow-ups.
- Reschedule broken appointments, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Provide cross-functional administrative support to the clinical team.
