Requirements

  • 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture in SaaS.
  • Experience with complex B2B integrations.
  • Strong command of SaaS architectures, APIs, authentication models, and data integration patterns.
  • Experience in technical discovery, pilots, and evaluations.
  • Ability to context switch between pre-sales strategy and hands-on technical work.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of legal tech, AI, or enterprise data environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Eve’s Sales and Success teams to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Co-own product and technical evaluations and execution plans.
  • Translate customer workflows into scalable integration designs, data mappings, and API strategies.
  • Capture technical requirements and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Guide customers through enterprise-grade security, data governance, and compliance evaluations.
  • Consult with legal ops and IT admins to drive adoption strategy and AI safety best practices.
