Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a pre-sales technical role.
- Experience in AI automation, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in Python.
- Experience with APIs or automation platforms (Blue Prism, Mulesoft, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Startup experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to understand client requirements and design technical solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-value to prospective clients.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering to tailor solutions.
- Respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
- Conduct discovery sessions to assess workflows and integration requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities and AI-driven automation.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer requirements.
- Support post-sales handoff.
- Recruit, Enable and Support Kognitos Channel Partners.
