Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a pre-sales technical role.
  • Experience in AI automation, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with APIs or automation platforms (Blue Prism, Mulesoft, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales to understand client requirements and design technical solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-value to prospective clients.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering to tailor solutions.
  • Respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to assess workflows and integration requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities and AI-driven automation.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer requirements.
  • Support post-sales handoff.
  • Recruit, Enable and Support Kognitos Channel Partners.
