Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of technical leadership in enterprise or mid-market deals with complex integration requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to own POCs end-to-end and drive them to timely decisions.
- Experience leading or contributing to RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses.
- Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong fluency with CRM data models (especially Salesforce and HubSpot).
- Conceptual understanding of API concepts, webhooks, OAuth, and data mapping.
- Hands-on technical capability to configure products and build demo environments without engineering support.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple active deals and RFPs.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions and the technical close process.
Responsibilities
- Run technical discovery to surface integration needs, security constraints, and success criteria.
- Scope, design, and manage proofs of concept (POCs) with clear success metrics.
- Own the technical closing process, including RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate prospect needs into roadmap items.
- Manage structured handoffs between Sales and Customer Onboarding to ensure implementation success.
- Build and maintain a reusable library of demo environments, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
- Define and document the initial SE playbook, including discovery frameworks and handoff checklists.
