Product Designer

Own end-to-end design for product areas across the partner portal and admin experience, from discovery and flows through high-fidelity UI and engineering-ready specifications.
Design AI-driven experiences, including agent interactions, suggested actions, generated content, and loading, uncertainty, error, and human-review states.
Simplify B2B workflows including deal registration, referrals, incentives and payouts, onboarding, and partner analytics.
Contribute to and use the Figma design system, including components, tokens, and variables.
Run customer and partner research and usability tests, and translate findings into design changes.
Prototype in Figma and Claude Design to test ideas with users before engineering.
Work with engineers during implementation and review shipped UI against specifications.
Track post-launch adoption, task completion, and drop-off, and iterate based on findings.
