Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Proven experience building internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems that are actively used.
- Strong technical skills and a mindset focused on leverage and scalability.
- Bonus for experience building with LLMs in production (prompt engineering, tool use, inference pipelines).
- Bonus for experience with support or developer experience (DX) tooling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize shipping, measuring, and iterating over perfection.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a desire to work closely with customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Build the internal tools and automations that make support fast, accurate, and scalable.
- Ship AI-assisted support workflows that deflect, triage, and resolve issues faster.
- Fix problems at the source by shipping product and developer experience improvements.
- Turn recurring support pain into engineering solutions the whole team relies on.
- Work close to real developer problems and close the loop between support and product.
