Requirements

  • Strong ability to overcome objections and remove friction in the pre-sales process.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated empathy and product intuition for interpreting feedback.
  • Ability to contribute to platform improvement and knowledge of intelligent automation.
  • Experience in high-growth environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI, task mining, or process transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead demos and support technical evaluations to demonstrate platform value.
  • Build and execute POC plans with clear success criteria and timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions and issues.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to guide product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to product documentation, tutorials, and marketing content.
  • Identify industry-specific use cases to assist BDRs in tailoring sales messaging.
  • Nurture relationships with decision-makers to drive renewals and upsells.
