Requirements

- Strong ability to overcome objections and remove friction in the pre-sales process.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated empathy and product intuition for interpreting feedback.
- Ability to contribute to platform improvement and knowledge of intelligent automation.
- Experience in high-growth environments preferred.
- Knowledge of AI, task mining, or process transformation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead demos and support technical evaluations to demonstrate platform value.
- Build and execute POC plans with clear success criteria and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions and issues.
- Synthesize customer feedback to guide product and engineering teams.
- Contribute to product documentation, tutorials, and marketing content.
- Identify industry-specific use cases to assist BDRs in tailoring sales messaging.
- Nurture relationships with decision-makers to drive renewals and upsells.
