Requirements
- At least 3 years of mid-market B2B solutioning experience in a fast-paced organization.
- Ability to tailor messaging to cross-functional audiences ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives.
- Strong solution selling skills focused on addressing customer pain points.
- Excellent discovery skills to uncover pain, value, and path to success.
- Knowledge of key principles of software integration, including iPaaS and APIs.
- Strong solutioning mindset.
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Self-starter capable of quickly grasping new technology.
Responsibilities
- Support prospective customer-facing conversations, conducting discovery, demonstrating solutions, and overcoming objections.
- Own responsibility for responding to customer asks, including follow-up questions, demos, RFx, and IT security questionnaires.
- Partner with the Sales team to deliver on sales objectives.
- Partner with Post-Sales Solutions Consultants to ensure seamless transition from sale to onboarding.
- Deliver feedback on internal processes, product, and competitive positioning.
