Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer facing technical role within SaaS or security
- Experience supporting technical partnerships, partner ecosystems, or complex customer facing technical motions
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, practical, and easy to understand way
- Experience delivering demos, presentations, trainings, or enablement for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to build strong, credible relationships with external partners and internal cross functional stakeholders
- Strong technical foundation, including familiarity with software development, web technologies, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent technical concepts
- Experience working cross functionally with product and engineering teams to influence requirements and drive outcomes
- Sound judgment, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Business Development to support strategic partnerships and help partners evaluate how Drata fits into their technical infrastructure
- Demo Drata and build technical credibility with partners by clearly connecting product capabilities to partner business needs and end customer use cases
- Own partner enablement, including 1:many technical enablement, partner certification content, trainings, and office hours
- Analyze partner landscapes and deliver product recommendations that help shape partnership strategy and technical direction
- Project manage cross functional workstreams internally and externally to move partnerships from evaluation through launch
- Partner with product and engineering teams to surface technical requirements, influence roadmap discussions, and help shape scalable partner solutions
- Support technical validation, solution design, and proof of concept work
- Manage technical components of RFP and RFI responses related to partnerships
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and demos that clearly communicate Drata’s value proposition
- Collect and document competitive intelligence and partner feedback
