Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and convert new salon leads into active Revlon Professional accounts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline via field visits, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and business consultations.
  • Develop commercial proposals to maximize revenue.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing salon customers.
  • Coordinate training sessions with technical educators.
  • Implement promotional campaigns, merchandising, and in-salon retail strategies.
  • Monitor stock levels to optimize ordering.
  • Achieve revenue targets and report sales activity/forecasts.
