- Experience negotiating commercial agreements
Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and convert new salon leads into active Revlon Professional accounts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline via field visits, social media, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and business consultations.
- Develop commercial proposals to maximize revenue.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing salon customers.
- Coordinate training sessions with technical educators.
- Implement promotional campaigns, merchandising, and in-salon retail strategies.
- Monitor stock levels to optimize ordering.
- Achieve revenue targets and report sales activity/forecasts.
