Requirements
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of managing contract renewals and book of business retention.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage escalations.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms.
- CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar).
- Fluency in English.
- Based in LATAM or Europe.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
- Build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Run regular check-ins and performance updates.
- Own full retention strategy and manage contract renewals.
- Lead contract renegotiations with Legal and Finance partners.
- Troubleshoot account issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
- Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline data in CRM.
