Requirements

  • 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing contract renewals and book of business retention.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage escalations.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms.
  • CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Based in LATAM or Europe.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Run regular check-ins and performance updates.
  • Own full retention strategy and manage contract renewals.
  • Lead contract renegotiations with Legal and Finance partners.
  • Troubleshoot account issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
  • Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline data in CRM.
