Responsibilities
- Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage annotation teams to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery of projects
- Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team
- Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the clientâs request and the team
- Proactively mediate and resolve any clients' and annotators' concerns
- Train annotation teams and supervisors
