Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 100 to 2,500 employee-sized accounts
- Identify growth opportunities and drive renewals at scale
- Deploy automated engagement strategies and outreach sequences
- Optimize renewal and upsell workflows
- Analyze customer usage data to identify churn risks and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain repeatable playbooks for portfolio performance
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the platform
- Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
