  • Manage a portfolio of 100 to 2,500 employee-sized accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive renewals at scale
  • Deploy automated engagement strategies and outreach sequences
  • Optimize renewal and upsell workflows
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify churn risks and expansion opportunities
  • Build and maintain repeatable playbooks for portfolio performance
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the platform
  • Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
