Requirements

  • Minimum 1.5 years as an SDR or similar sales role.
  • Experience in Behavioral Health, SUD, Home Health, or Hospice space preferred.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding lead generation metrics.
  • Experience engaging with warm leads from events and marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Gong Engage), and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads across channels.
  • Assess leads' needs, qualify fit, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Manage event engagement, coordination, and follow-up strategies.
  • Conduct targeted research on accounts and identify key decision-makers.
  • Utilize multi-touch strategies including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-priority prospects.
