Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years as an SDR or similar sales role.
- Experience in Behavioral Health, SUD, Home Health, or Hospice space preferred.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding lead generation metrics.
- Experience engaging with warm leads from events and marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Gong Engage), and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads across channels.
- Assess leads' needs, qualify fit, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Manage event engagement, coordination, and follow-up strategies.
- Conduct targeted research on accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Utilize multi-touch strategies including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-priority prospects.
