- Assist in building email campaigns, landing pages, social media posts, ad creative, and other assets.
- Coordinate reviews, feedback loops, and revisions across design, content, product, and legal teams.
- Maintain a central marketing calendar with deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Track progress via project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Communicate briefs, timelines, specs, and approvals with event vendors.
- Coordinate logistics: venue, caterers, audio/visual, travel, registrations, materials, swag.
- Support webinar setup, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Ensure UTM tagging, campaign tracking setup, and consistent naming conventions.
- Assist in performance reporting and variance analysis.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
