Requirements

  • Experience in Sales, GTM, or commercial leadership roles in the US technology or professional services market
  • Deep familiarity with the US Sales talent market
  • Ability to own and manage a full search process without downstream support
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • High degree of self-sufficiency and accountability
  • Strong written English

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle executive search for Senior Sales Executive roles in the US market
  • Adapt to other executive-level searches as they arise
  • Develop a deep understanding of business model, client profile, and competitive landscape
  • Build and maintain a network of Senior Sales and GTM talent
  • Design and execute multi-touch outreach strategies for passive candidates
  • Run structured, consistent assessment processes
  • Manage candidate experience across the full funnel
  • Track and report on search progress, pipeline health, and market intelligence
