Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • At least 2+ years selling VDRs, due diligence platforms, or M&A workflow software
  • Existing network in the M&A advisor, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development communities
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to navigate long, structured sales cycles
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders such as Partners, Directors, or Investment Professionals
  • Self-direction in a remote, international environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust in high-stakes environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and account-based strategies
  • Lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
  • Sell Valutico’s Due Diligence Suite, including VDR, AI-powered due diligence assistant, and valuation tools
  • Engage senior stakeholders across PE, M&A advisory, investment banking, and corporate finance
  • Clearly communicate complex product value in high-trust, high-stakes deal environments
  • Contribute to and help refine global go-to-market strategy for the Due Diligence product line
  • Take ownership of an SDR to support pipeline generation and meeting booking after 3-6 months
