Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university.
- 5+ years of pre-sales technical, customer success, or support experience.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts.
- Experience managing hardware/software product evaluations.
- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with cloud software, hardware, and networking.
- Working knowledge of XML, REST, SOAP, and EDI.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs between SaaS applications.
Responsibilities
- Support senior-level sellers to grow existing customers or win new business.
- Act as a senior resource for the Sales Engineering team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate proof-of-concept trials.
- Respond to functional and technical RFI/RFP requests.
- Test alpha products/features and contribute to process improvements.
- Travel up to 50% of the time for on-site customer meetings and events.
