Requirements
- 5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer role
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company
- Strong technical fluency in APIs, data schemas, and system integrations
- Experience with automation or AI-driven products
- Proficiency in low-code tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, or Postman
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
- High curiosity and adaptability
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver technical demos that accelerate deals
- Build quick integrations and prototypes using Zapier, Retool, or Make
- Map and reason through data flows across TMS, WMS, and CRM systems
- Partner with Sales on proofs of concept and technical validation
- Communicate across audiences from operations leads to CTOs
- Enable the GTM team by building demo templates and running feature briefings
- Feed insights back to Product to shape roadmap direction
