Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer role
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, data schemas, and system integrations
  • Experience with automation or AI-driven products
  • Proficiency in low-code tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, or Postman
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
  • High curiosity and adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver technical demos that accelerate deals
  • Build quick integrations and prototypes using Zapier, Retool, or Make
  • Map and reason through data flows across TMS, WMS, and CRM systems
  • Partner with Sales on proofs of concept and technical validation
  • Communicate across audiences from operations leads to CTOs
  • Enable the GTM team by building demo templates and running feature briefings
  • Feed insights back to Product to shape roadmap direction
