Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B cold outbound experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or outbound sales rep
  • Proven track record of booking qualified meetings with U.S. small business owners
  • Neutral or near-neutral U.S. accent and polished written English
  • Proven ability to make 50+ cold calls daily
  • Hands-on CRM experience
  • Reliable professional home office with high-speed internet and backup connection
  • Self-managed and KPI-driven
  • Experience selling to home-services contractors or digital agency services is a plus
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or OpenPhone/Aircall is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume multi-channel outbound daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn, SMS)
  • Research priority accounts to identify pain points and marketing footprint
  • Qualify prospects rigorously using BANT criteria
  • Maintain organized pipeline in GoHighLevel
  • Book consultations and manage confirmation sequences
  • Create pre-call briefs for the closing team
  • Submit daily activity logs and attend weekly pipeline reviews
