Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a recruiter, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Greenhouse experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively as a W9 contractor.
  • Experience in startups, healthcare, and/or PEO is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across Care team roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and evaluate their fit for TailorCare.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
