Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent years of experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a recruiter, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Greenhouse experience is required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively as a W9 contractor.
- Experience in startups, healthcare, and/or PEO is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across Care team roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and evaluate their fit for TailorCare.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
