Requirements
- Previous experience as an SDR Manager, Sales Development Representative, or outbound sales leader
- Strong experience setting up high-volume list-building and dialing processes
- Proven success in high-volume cold calling and pipeline generation
- Experience building outbound workflows, prospecting sequences, and lead generation systems
- Strong understanding of B2B outbound sales strategy and pipeline management
- Ability to operate as both individual contributor and future team leader
- Excellent objection-handling, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and execution discipline
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR services (preferred)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Outreach
Responsibilities
- Own daily outbound activity model, call-volume targets, and conversion benchmarks
- Build and optimize high-volume prospecting workflows and dialing processes
- Develop targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM
- Execute daily outreach through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Create and refine outbound messaging, call scripts, and follow-up sequences
- Track performance metrics and improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activity
- Generate qualified meetings and sales-ready opportunities
- Identify hiring signals and staffing pain points
- Support hiring, onboarding, and coaching of future SDR team members
