Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in capital equipment or healthcare technology
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and regional performance targets
  • Strong background in contract negotiation and enterprise-level selling in matrixed environments
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Prior team leadership or sales management experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
  • Willingness to travel 50–75% across the assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales strategy execution to achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and market share targets
  • Manage, coach, and develop sales specialists and solution architects to improve performance and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including hospital leadership and pathology departments
  • Develop and implement accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to strengthen regional capability and performance
  • Drive adoption of standardized sales processes and implementation frameworks across the region
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning, strategic accounts, and market expansion initiatives
