- Execute daily coaching programs and follow-up meetings to motivate the team to exceed commercial targets
- Implement strategies to raise the monthly conversion rate by at least 5 percentage points
- Ensure that 90% of prospects advancing to consultation are properly qualified, working hand-in-hand with the Marketing team
- Serve as the "Guardian of the Phone," actively reviewing and mitigating missed calls from potential clients to ensure no one goes unanswered
- Design and present weekly KPI dashboards and quarterly "Sales Boulders" to guide strategic decision-making
