- Experience in a fast-moving SaaS or tech startup
- Proven success sourcing and closing talent across multiple regions and countries
- Creative sourcing mindset (direct outreach, social networking)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize in high-volume environments
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across the globe
- Run full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and close
- Design bold, creative sourcing strategies
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to signed offer
- Manage 5+ open requisitions simultaneously
- Collaborate cross-functionally to raise the bar on hiring quality
