Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar fields.
- 5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience in a fast paced, high growth environment.
- Experience supporting non-tech and technical domains.
- Experience using an ATS to source, track and manage candidates.
- Ability to drive conversations with business partners regarding pipeline insights.
- Project management experience.
- Experience partnering with a wide variety of clients and senior level business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Help build multidisciplinary teams to enable safe self-driving at scale.
- Own the full cycle recruitment for roles in both US and Canada.
- Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to understand headcount needs.
- Maintain data in our Applicant Tracking System (Lever).
- Report on pipeline health and influence strategy.
- Improve systems & tools, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices.
