Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar fields.
  • 5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience in a fast paced, high growth environment.
  • Experience supporting non-tech and technical domains.
  • Experience using an ATS to source, track and manage candidates.
  • Ability to drive conversations with business partners regarding pipeline insights.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience partnering with a wide variety of clients and senior level business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Help build multidisciplinary teams to enable safe self-driving at scale.
  • Own the full cycle recruitment for roles in both US and Canada.
  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to understand headcount needs.
  • Maintain data in our Applicant Tracking System (Lever).
  • Report on pipeline health and influence strategy.
  • Improve systems & tools, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices.
