Experience: 5+ years

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 services
Proven expertise in Microsoft Teams deployment, configuration, and management
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 identity management with Azure Active Directory
Experience with Teams audio/video setup, troubleshooting, and quality assessment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API for Teams customization and integration
Strong PowerShell scripting skills
Experience with Power Automate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams
Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) including SSO, MFA, and conditional access
Lead the configuration and management of Microsoft Teams
Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot agents
Troubleshoot Teams connectivity, AV quality, and integration challenges
Analyze Teams usage logs and call quality data
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation
Utilize Microsoft Graph API for custom integrations
Provide third-level support and conduct end-user training
