Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor/Grad Dip in Science/Computer Science/Software Engineering, IT Certification, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in an object-oriented backend language (Ruby on Rails or Golang preferred).
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of GCP, Linux, and containerization.
  • Experience with APIs and integrations.
  • Understanding of web apps, especially React.JS.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Currently living in Latin America.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve the delivery of SaaS products.
  • Debug identified issues and provide analysis to customers and internal teams.
  • Identify trends in support work and opportunities for root problem resolution.
  • Manage scope, delivery, and configuration of product changes.
  • Implement well-structured code and assist customers with service integrations.
  • Participate in product development and rollout methodology.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations and meet SLAs.
  • Facilitate resolution of issues and manage releases and deployments.
