Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor/Grad Dip in Science/Computer Science/Software Engineering, IT Certification, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in an object-oriented backend language (Ruby on Rails or Golang preferred).
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of GCP, Linux, and containerization.
- Experience with APIs and integrations.
- Understanding of web apps, especially React.JS.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Currently living in Latin America.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve the delivery of SaaS products.
- Debug identified issues and provide analysis to customers and internal teams.
- Identify trends in support work and opportunities for root problem resolution.
- Manage scope, delivery, and configuration of product changes.
- Implement well-structured code and assist customers with service integrations.
- Participate in product development and rollout methodology.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and meet SLAs.
- Facilitate resolution of issues and manage releases and deployments.
