- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in RPA strategy (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate).
- Ability to define security practices and FinOps-driven architectural decisions.
- Strong executive communication skills and capacity for mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Define the automation operating model, intake process, and governance forums.
- Prioritize automation portfolio based on ROI and business impact.
- Establish observability, auditability, and incident management standards.
- Implement AI governance and LLMOps practices (prompt management, hallucination mitigation).
- Design reusable automation components and reference architectures.
- Evaluate and govern automation, RPA, and AI orchestration tool stacks.
- Embed compliance and risk controls into automation designs.
- Directly contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and production support.
