Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in strategic Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Deep, current knowledge of the e-commerce subscription space.
  • Deep, current knowledge of the technical nuances of the Shopify platform.
  • History of managing portfolios with multi-million dollar ARR.
  • Exceptional ability to lead Executive Business Reviews.
  • High-level communication skills for high-stakes conversations with VP and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Resourceful, 'get it done' mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the financial health and strategic direction of a dedicated portfolio of Managed powerhouse brands.
  • Advise C-Suite, VP-level, leadership, and relevant stake-holders on best-in-class subscription strategies.
  • Serve as the voice of Skio merchants internally across Recharge and Skio teams.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and GTM teams to advocate for merchant needs.
  • Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex strategic or technical hurdles.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable, multi-year strategic plans.
