Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in strategic Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
- Deep, current knowledge of the e-commerce subscription space.
- Deep, current knowledge of the technical nuances of the Shopify platform.
- History of managing portfolios with multi-million dollar ARR.
- Exceptional ability to lead Executive Business Reviews.
- High-level communication skills for high-stakes conversations with VP and C-Suite stakeholders.
- Resourceful, 'get it done' mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the financial health and strategic direction of a dedicated portfolio of Managed powerhouse brands.
- Advise C-Suite, VP-level, leadership, and relevant stake-holders on best-in-class subscription strategies.
- Serve as the voice of Skio merchants internally across Recharge and Skio teams.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and GTM teams to advocate for merchant needs.
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex strategic or technical hurdles.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable, multi-year strategic plans.
