Requirements

  • Proven experience in scaled customer success or startup program operations.
  • Experience with developer-facing products or API-first businesses.
  • Strong technical understanding of latency, reliability, usage, and cost.
  • Fluent in customer data, product analytics, and revenue metrics.
  • Experience building workflows, automations, or internal tools.
  • Ability to work closely with technical founders and operators.
  • Proficiency with GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Builder mindset with experience scaling programs from 0 to 1.
  • Ability to write SQL or build lightweight internal tools is a plus.
  • Experience in AI infrastructure or GenAI products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the startup success operating system.
  • Own the customer journey from program approval to enterprise conversion.
  • Create and refine workflows, dashboards, and playbooks for startup lifecycle management.
  • Develop automated intervention workflows to reduce churn and increase activation.
  • Surface product feedback and feature requests to engineering and product teams.
  • Manage startup program communications and operations.
  • Segment the startup portfolio and define health metrics.
  • Partner with sales to drive enterprise adoption and expansion.
