Requirements
- Proven experience in scaled customer success or startup program operations.
- Experience with developer-facing products or API-first businesses.
- Strong technical understanding of latency, reliability, usage, and cost.
- Fluent in customer data, product analytics, and revenue metrics.
- Experience building workflows, automations, or internal tools.
- Ability to work closely with technical founders and operators.
- Proficiency with GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Builder mindset with experience scaling programs from 0 to 1.
- Ability to write SQL or build lightweight internal tools is a plus.
- Experience in AI infrastructure or GenAI products is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the startup success operating system.
- Own the customer journey from program approval to enterprise conversion.
- Create and refine workflows, dashboards, and playbooks for startup lifecycle management.
- Develop automated intervention workflows to reduce churn and increase activation.
- Surface product feedback and feature requests to engineering and product teams.
- Manage startup program communications and operations.
- Segment the startup portfolio and define health metrics.
- Partner with sales to drive enterprise adoption and expansion.
