Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience maintaining valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base
  • Account management experience with mid to later stage SaaS software
  • Outstanding task management skills
  • Passion for working with leading edge, web-based technologies
  • Willingness to travel periodically based on business need

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial onboarding of accounts with enterprise level customers
  • Implement a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy
  • Provide guidance on work/project management and collaboration
  • Explain technical subjects to non-technical end-user personnel
  • Perform periodic customer success reviews and resolve issues
  • Develop tools and best practices for customer value realization
  • Use usage patterns to gain insights and increase satisfaction
  • Work with Sales and Professional Services to share customer insights
  • Provide expert customer insight to product management and marketing
  • Exceed performance targets, including maintaining high unit renewal rates
