Requirements
- 3+ years of experience maintaining valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base
- Account management experience with mid to later stage SaaS software
- Outstanding task management skills
- Passion for working with leading edge, web-based technologies
- Willingness to travel periodically based on business need
Responsibilities
- Perform initial onboarding of accounts with enterprise level customers
- Implement a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy
- Provide guidance on work/project management and collaboration
- Explain technical subjects to non-technical end-user personnel
- Perform periodic customer success reviews and resolve issues
- Develop tools and best practices for customer value realization
- Use usage patterns to gain insights and increase satisfaction
- Work with Sales and Professional Services to share customer insights
- Provide expert customer insight to product management and marketing
- Exceed performance targets, including maintaining high unit renewal rates
