Requirements

  • BSc in science, engineering, or quantitative field (MSc preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer-Facing analytics, or Project Management.
  • Experience in SaaS high-tech/startup environment.
  • Experience with data analytics.
  • Experience with medical imaging and radiologists.
  • Research experience.
  • Stakeholder management and executive-level relationship building.
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve in a dynamic environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making and critical thinking.
  • Technical aptitude to lead discussions with engineering teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Availability to work in EST time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead discussions with physicians at medical centers.
  • Analyze customer workflows to enhance AI value.
  • Collaborate with R&D to define product steps and improvements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customer onboarding.
  • Represent the customer perspective to Product, Data, and AI teams.
  • Perform data analysis and present insights to customers.
  • Execute research initiatives.
