Requirements
- BSc in science, engineering, or quantitative field (MSc preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer-Facing analytics, or Project Management.
- Experience in SaaS high-tech/startup environment.
- Experience with data analytics.
- Experience with medical imaging and radiologists.
- Research experience.
- Stakeholder management and executive-level relationship building.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve in a dynamic environment.
- Data-driven decision-making and critical thinking.
- Technical aptitude to lead discussions with engineering teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability to work in EST time zones.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Lead discussions with physicians at medical centers.
- Analyze customer workflows to enhance AI value.
- Collaborate with R&D to define product steps and improvements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customer onboarding.
- Represent the customer perspective to Product, Data, and AI teams.
- Perform data analysis and present insights to customers.
- Execute research initiatives.
