Requirements

  • BSc in science, engineering, or quantitative field (MSc preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, customer-facing analytics, or project management.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships at an executive level.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand technical concepts and lead technical team discussions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in the EST time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer's advocate and trusted advisor.
  • Manage and grow customer relationships, including identifying key stakeholders.
  • Lead discussions with top physicians in prestige medical centers.
  • Understand customer pain points and workflows to enhance AI value.
  • Coordinate with R&D teams to define next steps and execution.
  • Liaise with technical teams for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Represent the customer perspective to drive product enhancements.
  • Perform data analysis and storytelling to demonstrate value to customers.
  • Initiate and execute research initiatives.
