Requirements
- BSc in science, engineering, or quantitative field (MSc preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, customer-facing analytics, or project management.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships at an executive level.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand technical concepts and lead technical team discussions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in the EST time zones.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer's advocate and trusted advisor.
- Manage and grow customer relationships, including identifying key stakeholders.
- Lead discussions with top physicians in prestige medical centers.
- Understand customer pain points and workflows to enhance AI value.
- Coordinate with R&D teams to define next steps and execution.
- Liaise with technical teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Represent the customer perspective to drive product enhancements.
- Perform data analysis and storytelling to demonstrate value to customers.
- Initiate and execute research initiatives.
