- 5+ years experience in enterprise, customer facing roles.
- Experience collaborating with both technical and business teams.
- Domain knowledge of Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, or vulnerability management.
- Strategic and proactive mindset with high level of autonomy.
- Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution to customer issues.
- Develop hands-on technical knowledge of Chainguard.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure training and education on product features.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders ranging from technicians to CISOs.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify renewal and expansion paths.
