Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in enterprise, customer facing roles.
  • Experience collaborating with both technical and business teams.
  • Domain knowledge of Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, or vulnerability management.
  • Strategic and proactive mindset with high level of autonomy.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution to customer issues.
  • Develop hands-on technical knowledge of Chainguard.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure training and education on product features.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders ranging from technicians to CISOs.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify renewal and expansion paths.
