Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or partner-facing experience.
  • Superior customer service, presentation, and customer management skills.
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to create clear business processes.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and strategically grow partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships.
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience with public speaking and presenting to groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online meeting software (WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and activities to build channel partner productivity, health, and customer value.
  • Support revenue growth by reducing churn and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Account Management, HR Services, and Marketing.
  • Deliver targeted messaging, proactive outreach, and partner/client reviews.
  • Develop and conduct training programs and webinars to increase adoption.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Gainsight, and Mineral tools to track customer value and outcomes.
  • Provide monthly updates on goals, adoption, value, and retention rates.
  • Consult with partners/clients to identify product goals and timelines.
