Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or partner-facing experience.
- Superior customer service, presentation, and customer management skills.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to create clear business processes.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and strategically grow partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in building strong relationships.
- Effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience with public speaking and presenting to groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online meeting software (WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and activities to build channel partner productivity, health, and customer value.
- Support revenue growth by reducing churn and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Account Management, HR Services, and Marketing.
- Deliver targeted messaging, proactive outreach, and partner/client reviews.
- Develop and conduct training programs and webinars to increase adoption.
- Utilize Salesforce, Gainsight, and Mineral tools to track customer value and outcomes.
- Provide monthly updates on goals, adoption, value, and retention rates.
- Consult with partners/clients to identify product goals and timelines.
