  • Experience in high-volume, scaled CS environments.
  • Hands-on experience building digital customer journeys.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Data-driven operating style.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of CSMs.
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and KPIs.
  • Run structured 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and risk reviews.
  • Own and improve the Digital Scale journey.
  • Define and execute digital plays in partnership with Marketing.
  • Analyze engagement data to optimize retention outcomes.
  • Manage portfolio risk and support CSMs in high-stakes moments.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, and Product.
