- 3+ years managing a team of CSMs.
- Experience in high-volume, scaled CS environments.
- Hands-on experience building digital customer journeys.
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Data-driven operating style.
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of CSMs.
- Set clear expectations, goals, and KPIs.
- Run structured 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and risk reviews.
- Own and improve the Digital Scale journey.
- Define and execute digital plays in partnership with Marketing.
- Analyze engagement data to optimize retention outcomes.
- Manage portfolio risk and support CSMs in high-stakes moments.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, and Product.
