Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on upselling or account expansion.
- Experience and/or education in hospitality operations.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, Groove, Zendesk, Canva, Generative A.I.
- English and Spanish fluency required.
- Willingness to travel (< 10%).
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed ambitious targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify upselling opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Understand unique customer needs and position aligned software products or features.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the onboarding and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of upsold products.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
