  • Experience in identifying new marketing channels and target audiences.
  • Ability to devise marketing strategies and drive innovation.
  • Comfort with internal and client-facing collaboration and presentation.
  • Passion for creative problem-solving and process optimization.
  • 2+ years of B2B strategy experience (in-house or agency).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional account teams on high-impact initiatives and consumer journeys.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel programs aligned to key client business KPIs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to operationalize program-based strategies.
  • Lead strategic internal and external meetings to align on client goals.
  • Oversee creation of marketing infrastructure including emails, forms, and landing pages.
  • Build custom multi-channel reports and optimize marketing performance.
  • Maintain data hygiene and integration standards across marketing and sales platforms.
  • Identify customer segments and plan loyalty programs to deliver ROI.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to CRM changes and reporting impacts.
  • Assist in creating business cases for new client engagement opportunities.
