- Ability to build rapport with hands-on business owners and operators.
- Coachability and willingness to apply feedback.
- Experience using a CRM, with HubSpot experience preferred.
- Curiosity about operational business models.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Perform research on accounts and identify key contacts.
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify pain points and business needs.
- Book qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Manage and prioritize a personal book of accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and activity data in HubSpot CRM.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales leadership on messaging and strategy.
